Our ENVIRONMENT and OUR IMMUNITY.

 In our homes, offices, schools, colleges, shopping markets and everywhere we are in contact with bacteria, viruses, parasites, even a fungus and all that can make us sick. To deal  with this the immune system of our body works as defense system. A healthy immune system protects us because it first creates a barrier that stops those viruses, bacterias and parasites from entering the body. Our immune  system is a network of cells, tissues, and organs that band together to defend your body against all viruses,infections and viral diseases.

Main Elements.

The fact is that a good immune system indicates a good health it shows that you body has a good amount of antioxidants, vitamins, vitamin A, C and E and specially B6 and B12.If our body has the deficiencies of minerals like iron, zinc and potassium it means we don't have a good and fighting immune system.Sufficient quantities of vitamins and minerals are essential for healthy immune function.Our Immune function declines with age so it is very important to know that things which are necessary for a healthy immune system and also that food which naturally helps to build a stronger immune system.

There are some basic rules and habits which are responsible for building good Immunity.



Enough sleep.

The requirements of a good sleep varies from person to person, but mostly adults need seven to eight hours a night.But if someone is not sleeping properly it means he is inviting diseases because too little sleep is a welcome mat for illnesses. It makes your body more weak  to get sick because it is only the time of sound sleep where your body starts the work of repairing and it is compulsory for good Immunity.

Healthy Diet.

The most important and basic rule to fight with any health issues is a healthy and balanced diet and it is also important to build up a healthy immune system.Our diet is the fuel of our body  by eating a wide range of fiber-rich,nutritional, colorfully and healthy food is the key of health. There is not any specific food to boost Immunity in fact you have to focus on getting your nutrition from whole foods.

Exercise regularly.

The habit of daily exercise has magical effects on overall health.In fact this single habit is the solution of many diseases.  Exercise has many benefits. It helps to maintain our immune health it also moves white blood cells throughout the body.

Don’t stress.

Stress causes alot of problems for everyone and some people have to face sleep problems because of mental tension.So if you want a good Immunity don't stress.If you want  to reduce the stress in your life do healthy activities. Exercise  and reading books is also helpful to reduce stress.

Avoid alcohol.

 The Experts reports say  that heavy drinking destroys your immune cells system because it will also get 25% of your daily vitamin D.So to get good Immunity avoid alcohol.

Basic Foods.

Food plays a very vital role in our lives and the healthy diet is also very important, there are some foods which really helpful to build good Immunity .



Eggs

Protein is very important ingredient of our daily diet.Proper protein intake is very  important to support the immune response.For this  eggs are the most easy  a great way to do this because eggs contain  essential nutrients like vitamin D, zinc, selenium, and vitamin E, which the body needs for the immune system to work and the best thing is that eggs are ready to eat within minutes.

Broccoli.

Broccoli is a delicious vegetable with full of  vitamins and minerals. Packed with vitamins C, A, and E and also lots of  fiber, Broccoli has many other antioxidants,we can say that it is  one of the healthiest vegetables that we eat.So add this vegetable in your diet atleast twice a week.  



Citrus Fruits.

VITAMIN C is very important for health because it
makes white blood cells in our body which help fight against infections can stop us from getting sick.So add grapefruit, oranges ,lemons and limes, in fact there are so many citrus fruits to choose so it is easy to have some in every meal.
Make sure to take vitamin C every day, because our body doesn’t store it. Garlic.

GARLIC not only adds flavor to food it is also very beneficial for health,people are using it to fight infections for many years.Garlic can easily cure common cold, cough, reduces cholesterol and helping to lower blood pressure , fighting heart problems and many other diseases in a very easy way.Eating raw garlic every day is a very easy and simple job if you continue  this habit for a long time permanently it can give you a great immune system.



Ginger.
There are so many health benefits of ginger.People use fresh or dried ginger in cooking, and some take ginger supplements for their possible health benefits.The Antioxidants and other nutrients in ginger may help in many diseases it is used in many health treatments like arthritis, inflammation,cold various types of infection and also in cholesterol. Many Researches show that Ginger is best to reduce the risk of diabetes, cancer, and other health problems.
Spinach.
This vegetable is full of vitamin C, which helps the body to fight infections. Like broccoli,spinach is also very good for health but the point to remember is that don't over cook spinach and broccoli to make sure the nutrients are kept inside.so you can get the best nutrients. Yogurt.
Yogurt or curd  has many health benefits it is not only for the sake of our internal health and to strong our immune system infact it is also an energy boosting food. It is rich in vitamins and minerals,so curd is called an energy booster. It works as an antioxidant and helps faster recovery after any health issues.



Poultry
Poultry items have a very good impact on our health and to boost our immune system,like chicken and turkey has a lot of vitamin B-6.In 100 grams of light turkey or chicken meat there is 40-50 percent of B-6 that is daily requirement for good health.

Water

All above food ingredients are essential for a healthy and balanced diet that is the basic rule of good immune system but in all these ingredients water is the main and best ingredient.Its importance is very much because it is not only a strong natural immune booster it is also a natural way to detox our body and to remove toxins and a toxic free body always has a good Immunity.
So let's add these ingredients in our lives and some basic rules to get a perfect health.
