Half teaspoon Turmeric

Method.

Boil water in a pan at boiling point add grind pepper boil it for 2 minutes.After 2 minutes add Turmeric and turn off the flame immediately and cover it yor 3 minutes.Now drink it daily before sleeping for 2 months regularly.
