Curd or Yogurt is a great and super ingredient of our daily  diet it is used throughout the year and liked by people of any age.Although  curd or yogurt is beneficial in any season and people eat it  on regular  basis but in Asian countries its is used more in summer season. Curd, the dairy product, has many health benefits it is not only for the sake of our internal health and to strong our immune system infact it is also used  as a main part of our beauty tips for skin and  hair. The curd is made by milk but the most important point is that in the form of curd it has much more beneficial than milk because of this reason curd is one of the most popular food items around the world. The benefits of curd that you experience can be gained if it is a regular part of our diet.

Curd And Turmeric Face Pack.

As we know that curd contains lactic acid that helps in exfoliating skin cells and keeping the skin smooth, fair and bright and also deals with acne problem.The second ingredient of this remedy is turmeric which has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties that clears your skin and bring a glow. This face pack can be applied by people of any skin type.

How To prepare the pack.

Take 2 tablespoons of curd and mix half a teaspoon of turmeric in it. Apply this mixture on your face and leave for around 15 minutes.after 15 minutes rinse off using regular water.

2nd Remedy.

 Face pack for fairness.

Coffee powder 1 tablespoon

Turmeric-1 teaspoon

Yogurt-1 tablespoon

Method.

Mix the coffee powder, turmeric, and yogurt.

Mix it well .

Apply it on your cleansed face and neck.

Leave it on for 20 minutes to let it dry.

Wash it with normal water.

This can be done twice a week.



Curd for hair.

As we know that curd is full of protein, it is best for the nourishment of  our hair and makes them strong and healthy.Curd also has moisturizing properties it is a great natural conditioner. Yogurt has lactic acids, which is great for cleansing the scalp and clearing away dead skin cells to help the hair follicles to  grow.

Curd is one of the best home ingredient  to fight aganist dandruff. The anti-fungal property of yogurt makes it the best solution for remove dandruff.There are hundreds of remedies for dandruff but the most simple thing  is that apply a mixture of curd and egg on your scalp and wash it after half an hour.
