For weight loss consume 1 tsp one hour before meals and drink 1 – 1 glass of water at ½ hour intervals. This way they will leave you feeling full which stops you from overeating.

We consider it an issue when puberty begins before the age of 8 for girls, and before age of 9 for boys. we know that puberty is always a challenge at any age but can be a  difficult thing when it occurs too early. So it's very important to know the signs and symptoms of early Puberty to deal with this. These signs and symptoms can be noticed very clearly within one year of its starting. The most common signs of early Puberty are  

Weight gain

The body odor.

body hair 

acne and oily skin,

breast buds in girls 

moodiness.


Early puberty is a worldwide issue but the studies show that in the U.S.A Since the 1970s, children are affected by puberty and obesity in a very high percentage. The point to remember is that if there are not any major medical issues then don't make it more difficult for your child I look much worried about it.
